2.1 LINE Login and support reply email notifications
With your permission on LINE's consent screen, we receive the user ID, name, profile picture, and email address supplied by LINE. New LINE sign-ups require an email address supplied by LINE so we can notify you when our team first replies to a support case. We send one email notification per case, only for the first reply. Existing LINE accounts without an email can continue signing in and reading replies in the Help Center. We do not automatically merge accounts with matching email addresses. If you do not wish to grant email permission, you may use another sign-in method. You may contact our Help Center to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable rights.
3. Service providers
We may share only the information needed with providers supporting hosting, databases, file storage, slip verification, payments, analytics, and Discord functionality. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Data is deleted, anonymized, or restricted when it is no longer needed.
